A problem (we previously considered minor) came to a head during this summer. There was significant rain water coming between the facia and gutter. After pulling the vinyl soffit to take a peak, I discovered damage to the wooden soffit under the vinyl. Long story short, the previous owner had a new roof installed in 2007. I tried to contact the roofing company that did the install but they did not return calls. I called Feazel to help diagnose the problem. They ultimately determined that drip edges that were part of the work specified by the previous roofer were not installed. We decided that it was time to correct the problem and contracted with Feazel ultimately for new facia, soffit, gutters and roof. Happy we did. With recent rains we no longer have a problem. Couldn't be more pleased with the work provided by Feazel's crew. Showed up on time, completed the work and clean up. The people I worked with directly Bryce (sales), Mike (project manager) and Lisa (office) were particularly helpful. Thank you.

Rich and Dave did my roof repair today. They were professional and explained what was done to fix the leaks. They indicated that they did some extra caulking and securing of shingles where needed. I appreciated the extras with no additional cost to me. Thank you.

I couldn’t be more satisfied. They did a complete tear off and install of over 55 square. The crews showed up when they said they would and completed the job in about 1.5 days. I have never seen any group of people work so hard before. I had a few minor issues and they showed up the next day and resolved everything to my compete satisfaction. Everyone from my salesman, my project manager and the crew were all top notch.

We received mail from Feazel regarding hail storm damage in our area. We contacted them and a friendly representative Khal Hamm came out, inspected the roof and confirmed that we did indeed have hail storm damage. Our insurance company confirmed that we did have damage and approved the work. During this process we spoke to Khal Hamm, Lisa Stachura and Mike McLaughlin via E-mails, texts and phone conversations. All three returned calls, texts and/or E-mails promptly. Khal was our main point of contact and he knew his product line very well. He quickly answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and there was no high pressure selling involved. We were out of town on vacation when the work was done and we were able to enjoy our vacation because Mike McLaughlin (project manager) provided excellent pictures of the work from start to finish via text messages. Lisa Stachura was very friendly and profession when she contacted us to schedule the work. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is shopping for a new roof because their customer service is phenomenal.
