Everything was above expectations starting with sales rep Mike Stack and project mgr Mike McLaughlin . The guys who worked on the roof were on time and did a great job. We also had some repair work done by Dave Frindt and Rich Hoffman. Everyone was very professional and did a great job.

From the top down this company exceeded our expectations. They worked hard with our insurance company after shingles were found scattered in our yard after a storm. Bryce was our POC on our project, and he was ALWAYS timely and responsive, and answered all of our questions, and explained everything to us start to finish. Mike our project manager was just as responsive, checking in throughout our project and answering more questions! The roofing crew was nothing short of amazing, and worked all day to complete our roof in one day (and it was a LOT of roof!) to keep the inconveniences to a minimum for us. They did an amazing job replacing our roof (complete tear off) and we were incredibly impressed with their cleanup as well! You couldn’t even tell they were here the next morning-except for our beautiful new roof! The gutter crew was just as efficient and professional to work with as the roofing crew, and even gave us some suggestions on the gutters and downspouts to help with some problems we had been having with our old hitters. Even the few times I spoke with someone in the office, they were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. This company was an absolute joy to work with! In todays world, their work ethic and pride in their work is hard to come by, but they definitely hit the ball out of the park!

I worked with Erich Moore on what I originally thought was a needed roof replacement. Erich was extremely professional, quick to return the call, and honest about my needs. This guy could have taken me to the cleaners and I'd be non the wiser but he took the time to answer my questions and provide me with much needed education. Couldn't recommend this company, and Erich, more and really appreciated everything.
