I had a problem with them. They took care of it right away. But they need to have better communication to customers about their services. Also have better communication with sales and work crews.

What a great company. My company manages many properties in NE Ohio and we have had great experiences using Feazel Roofing for repairs and installations. We highly recommend!

Their work was done well. I did it fairly quickly. However I felt I was taken advantage of because they charged three times more then other places would have for the same job. It was my first tornado and first damage to my home. At least I know better now that the work can wait a week or two and you can save a lot of money by waiting that time. I also found it interesting that I was getting collection calls before I even got the bill. What should have been a $300 job I was charged 1000. I only went with them because the homeowners association was recommending them and had them in to look at our clubhouse at was majorly affected by the tornado. Guess I shouldn't trust the homeowners association either.

We were very happy with this company. They were very efficient. They always communicated with us as the process was completed. They tore off the roof and replaced materials. They replaced our skylight, found a roof joist that was cracked and repaired it and worked well with our insurance company. Bryce, Shawn, Justin, Mike and Loretta were always pleasant and kept us informed. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
