Great equipment, this is a really nice car wash

Will damage your car and make you pay for the bill! since they act like it didn't happen, here is some of their own camera footage!

Be aware if you go here and a car happens to come off their track in front of you they don't have an emergency stop fast enough to stop your car from being pulled into that car!! ottos won't hold liability or the people in the car that supposedly hit the brake to come off the track. went to get a car wash ended up with $2000 in damage only 1000 insurance paid for!! pretty frustrating!!

Made a family vacation down from ohio and stopped in after the bug massacre we committed during the trip. great quality wash with no bug residue afterwards!

Great car wash and vacuums. the guys went above and beyond at pre washing the bugs off the front of the car before entering the wash bay.
