Bad service and got a few scratches

They damaged my car, few dents and scratches also on the bumper and hood, refused to acknowledge and take the responsibility. i’m a local customer for years but not ever again! body shop estimated $4k to repaint the panels but i didn’t get even a simple “sorry” from them. stay away if you care about your car!

Great area to detail and vac your truck. they also have a great outdoor sound system for everyone to enjoy while working.

Been a vip member for a while now and always happy with the service i get from otto's compared to other car washes for the price. otto's is not the cheapest but exceeds all the others service in comparison. my truck always comes out looking fantastic.
