Best car wash i’ve been to in a while!! i appreciate that they actually get the bugs off of the front of the car before sending it into the car wash and they time the cars to make sure there aren’t any accidents. great job, i will definitely be back!!

Great place every thing you need to get your car right

I took my acura tlx thru otto's express carwash in santa rosa beach florida last sunday morning. i had just purchased the car on saturday. the wheels on the car were in pristine condition. the car has low profile tires and wheels. as the car was being pulled thru the wash i felt the wheels grind against the rails that keep you on the correct path through the carwash. as soon as the wash was over i jumped out and saw that 3 of 4 wheels had been chewed up w deep rutted scratches on 2 of the wheels and fairly minor scratches covering a quarter of the outside of the other wheel. i immediately go the manager and filed a damage report. they took pictures and took my info. i got a text the next day that said my claim had been denied on the basis that their cameras didn't see any damage occur inside the wash. i asked for the owner to call. he called and reiterated what the text said. i asked if he would meet with me and at least look at the damage together. he said, "we can meet and look at them for as long as you like, but it's not going to reverse the decision of the claim". very rude to say the least. i called a repair shop and it's going to be a minimum of $600 to repair the wheels. never again will i ever take a vehicle through otto's express carwash. would obviously give zero stars if i could.

I think the fact that they have towels, spray bottles, air compressed blowers, and vacuums for free is awesome to use after you get your car washed

Best car wash ever, came in and my car was filthy from a roadtrip all the employees were extremely nice and washed my whole car and got all the bugs off, highly recommend coming here if u have a dirty car.

Just got home and got out of my and it's still dirty in several places!! this is the second time this has happened here. they won't redo it if i don't come back now....on a friday in 5 pm traffic!there are plenty of car washes around here even the $8.00 across the road does a better job
dont waste your money here!

Best car wash service i've ever used. when we moved here almost two years ago i wondered why there were so many car wash places but soon realized that the salt air required car washes often. otto's is the best; friendly, helpful staff that actually make you think that they are glad to see you.
