The entire experience was good. salesperson (heather) was very informative and answered all of my questions. installation was sooner than expected. installers were very respectful of my house, were informative about how the windows work, and answered all my questions. also, the installation took less time than i expected. altogether, a very positive experience. and, the cost was less than i had anticipated.

We were in need of eleven new windows for the whole house. d&w windows gave us the best deal for windows and their contacts and installation were friendly and curious. after all the windows were installed, all we needed was a screen replaced. the windows have been a wonderful enjoyment for the last four months. i would recommend them to anyone needing window replacement.

Great company! jake was professional, personable, and honest. no high pressure business sales. we had 9 windows installed and the installers did an amazing job. they installed within 2 days, and everything came out really nice. so happy with everything! will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Sales person, jake, was very kind and took his time, going over my questions and concerns. i had an issue with a flower bed that i did not want to remove. upon agreement, the installation people scheduled the appointment. they were a great group of guys. friendly and courteous and communicated what they were doing. cleaned up everything behind themselves and made sure i had what i needed. and respectful of my flower bed, taking time to cause no damage. great representation of a good company! highly recommend d&w for your window needs.
