We shopped window companies for over a year trying to find the best combination of product quality and price, which was very complicated. we felt that d&w was the best option, a local michigan family-owned business. we liked meeting with jake, the grandson of the original owners, who made the sales process easy to understand and answered all of our questions clearly. we ordered 23 windows for a large lake house in lake orion. the installation team that came out was excellent - chris and his guys were timely, polite, fairly clean, and attentive on daily basis with checking in regarding progress and our satisfaction which each step. they even caulked a spot of masonry (that they saw while up on scaffolding) that appeared to be causing other problems with our drywall near a very large window that was being replaced. any issues of concern were resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction, very professionally. would recommend and hire again.

We had windows installed this year on two separate occasions. we had half done in winter and half in the fall. both times the installers were friendly, professional, and conscientious. i would recommend d&w to anyone looking for new windows. we have even noticed a difference in our fuel costs.

Guys did a great job. they were quick and very efficient. job was clean when they left.

We had a total of 4 estimates for 17 windows. d&w was actually the last estimate that we received. when noah our sales rep arrived to measure and give us a quote. he was very detailed and explained to us why we should choose d&w over the others. even though d&w’s quote fell in the middle as far as price. we decided to go with them. they sent out a very knowledgeable and efficient crew. within two days our windows were complete. with no issues. we have already notified a huge difference with the warmth and quietness of our home. we could not be more satisfied with our choice. during the 16 weeks between placing the order and the installation. we also had several interactions with the office staff. they also made the experience smooth and easy
