We had a total of 4 estimates for 17 windows. d&w was actually the last estimate that we received. when noah our sales rep arrived to measure and give us a quote. he was very detailed and explained to us why we should choose d&w over the others. even though d&w’s quote fell in the middle as far as price. we decided to go with them. they sent out a very knowledgeable and efficient crew. within two days our windows were complete. with no issues. we have already notified a huge difference with the warmth and quietness of our home. we could not be more satisfied with our choice. during the 16 weeks between placing the order and the installation. we also had several interactions with the office staff. they also made the experience smooth and easy

We have used d&w twice in the last two years. once for siding and once to replace many of our windows and a new sliding glass door. we couldn’t be happier with the work that was done.
the crews communicated with us all along the way. the showed up on the dates promised and completed the jobs when promised. the house looks great and we love our new windows, especially our new sliding glass door. we still have a couple of more windows to do and we will be using them again for sure!

From the first phone call until the last, this business was top notch. my salesman brandon was so professional and knowledgeable and friendly. i ordered my windows and he gave me an approximate time frame. they were just installed today. i was not there and i came home from work expecting to have a little clean up to do after them. i had none. my windows look great and i could not even tell anyone had been in the house. there was nothing to wipe down or vacuum. i am beyond pleased. the team that did the install was mark and erica. they did such a good job and went above and beyond. i had forgotten about a lot of full flower pots on my porch, pushed under one of the windows to be installed. they moved those heavy pots. in the living room, there was a paper chain my little granddaughter had made, taped to one of the windows. one of the installers had carefully taken it down and laid it across a bench for me rather than just disposing of it with the window. chris from the office was also very helpful and quick to respond. i would highly recommend this company.

The window installation and siding installation was done in a timely and professional manner . our house looks great .

From getting our quote to getting our windows installed, this company and the employees were so helpful and accommodating. would especially like to give a shout-out to the man that come out to give us a quote and his quick response times and helpfulness, as well as the two men that installed the windows. they went over and above and did pristine work on installing the windows and making sure they were done well, they certainly didn’t cut any corners. we are very happy with the result and look forward for to referring them to others.
