I used their recent "free car wash" targeted ad on facebook, and seeing as i work for a ride service, and because my car was dirtier than referees in charge of the chiefs football team, i decided to go today around 3:30pm, 1/23/25, while the weather was semi-decent.

i arrived and i was greeted by two enthusiasts young dudes (i wish i remembered theirs names) who professional, and made a great 1st impression. they guided me through with ease and told me, "enjoy!" as i went into the automated car wash. after pearl (my car's name) came out so fresh and so clean clean, i could tell that she was happy. i proceeded to the vacuum stall and used their top-tier vacuums and their free towels. let me tell you something, brother! those vacuums were the best i've used, and ive been to all the local carwashes. the towels were clean and changed out frequently. like, where has cannon xpress car wash been my whole life??

the best part, next to the ultimate customer service, was watching the sunset while i vacuumed up every piece of dog hair in my car. me and one of the home boys thay worked there admired the sunset, looked at each other, and nodded, "this is beautiful!" without saying a word to each other.

i live in fort collins and went to the timnath location today. i will never use another car wash after this. big love to the business, the owners and managers, the service, the value, and the staff for making me a life long customer. im a loyalist, and y'all earned my business and my people's business. well done! i'll be telling all my people about cannon xpress. i've never seen pearl so happy 💚

This establishment not only damaged our jeep during a visit but also displayed a disappointing lack of accountability. then, bubba himself, after years of my husband servicing his jet skis at a local shop, was extremely passive aggressive in this comment section and took no accountability. to make matters worse, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner appeared to solicit positive reviews from family and friends to bury our feedback.

so, each year i come and remind people what a shitty owner and establishment this place is.

oh--and his wife's shitty little run-of-the-mill boutique sells shit clothes too.

a capricorn may forgive, but we don't forget. see ya next year folks!

as a word of advice to the owner: treating your customers and neighbors with respect goes a long way in building trust and goodwill.

We went here just to get the truck rinsed off and get our windows clean before going to look at christmas lights. the 2 teenage boys were so friendly, helpful and took extra time hosing off the truck and wheel wells when they saw the all the mud. they really went above and beyond our expectations. our truck came out way cleaner then what we had hoped for and love the boys work ethic! this was at 5pm on 12/22. please give them our compliments as not enough teenagers have that kind of work ethic anymore and it is so greatly appreciated!

One of the best car washes i have used. equipment works as should. staff us friendly and helpful. they have good deals happening all the time or you can go for membership. convenient that they are local. recommend if you live in timnath or just want a great wash for your vehicle.

After trying all of the washes in the vicinity, this brand appears to have the best wash. even after a week, my car doesnt attract the dirt and film like other washes. the entrance technology could use a tweak or two, but otherwise its an overall great facility.

I joined the timnath location as a monthly member as soon as they opened. great service, friendly, and the vacuum and drying slots are perfect to complete the entire job before leaving!

Great amenities. never super busy, fast, and clean. great place to get a quick car wash and be on your way.
