Scratched my paint. wasn't even given an "i'm sorry" when i went in to cancel my membership.

Signed up for unlimited and have been multiple times. the wash is great but each time, the microfiber towel supply has been empty or all used. fix this ongoing issue and then i’d happily give a 5 star review!

The canon express car wash is amazing. my car always looks so clean like it came off the showroom floor. the staff is simply amazing. the best wash in town. you gotta try it out.

Wow, this place has so many conveniences and is probably the best car wash in fort collins/timnath. they have
a thorough cleaning chamber with pre-spray
strong vacuums with long, narrow tubes to get into the tight spots
glass cleaner with microfiber cloths
air dusters
convenience of being right off harmony
large parking spots
good monthly rate. if you can't afford to clean your car, worry about other monetary priorities in your life first.

The gentleman that helped me with my membership was great this morning! i can’t remember his name but he was very nice :)

We were so excited for this place to open. thought it was really great and thorough (albeit expensive) car wash—until we got home and realized that it had scratched up the paint on our brand new vehicle. these deep paint scratches were not here before going through this car wash and were obviously caused by a spinning mechanism—there are six on each side. i don’t recommend anyone go to this location unless you want damage done to your vehicle. super frustrated and upset.

The windsor location seems to be going down hill. one of the brushes in the passenger side has been broken for months. it was tied up for a while and now they just took it out. there is now a rocker panel brush on the driver’s side that doesn’t spin. i noticed my vehicles don’t seem to be as clean with these brushes down.
