They took the time to scrub the front before starting the automated wash. with love bug season upon us, that makes a huge difference!

As a car guy from canada, i wish we had a setup like this! the whole operation is fantastic — staff is friendly and helpful, clean, organized, and extremely well thought out. i’d gladly sign up for the membership plan and skip washing my vehicles at home altogether. easily one of the best setups i’ve seen!

Cole and seth were great, and the wash quality was fantastic. i travel often, so my car usually gets covered in bugs. i went with the ultimate wash, and when i washed it again back home, the bugs came off easily, which rarely happens. i was really impressed with both the wash quality and the customer service. even if your car isn’t that dirty, it’s still worth stopping by for the overall experience.

You guys need to figure out how to rotate the people.mm they're young yet look like they're totally exhausted. they end up doing a half ass job... they end up limplessly dragging the brushes across the windows and a couple of places on the bumper spraying a little bit of water here and there but not really doing anything of any value... you might as well just only have one person there just to guide vehicles onto the rail because the machine does 99.99% of the wash... which by the way does not get the lower sides of the vehicle clean.

also the kiosk money acceptors are so damn low to the ground that if you're driving a full size truck you have to get out of your truck and almost down on one knee just to use the machine. in fact, you typically have someone there to help people. because the machines are so slow an inconveniently positioned
