Washed car while on vacation and otto's did a great job, nice wax shine and tire shine.
love they have vacuums and windshield wash you can use after wash!
may not but the cheapest but the wash was excellent.

Super long line and packed

(jan/26) i just got my car washed at otto's express car wash in santa rosa beach, and wow--what an incredible experience, even in 30° temperatures! from the moment i pulled in, the team was super friendly and efficient. the wash itself is top-notch: powerful but gentle, no scratches, and my vehicle came out looking great with that perfect shine.

the free vacuums, microfiber towels, window cleaner, air fresheners, and mat cleaners are all top-quality and make it easy to finish the job right there.

otto's car wash lives up to being called one of the best in florida. spotless results, and awesome customer service every time. highly recommend!

I'm a local here.
the first few times i've taken my car, half of those times the line was long, but wasn't the issue. the issue was when the line is long. they cut the time the car it's in the tunnel. so when you come out, you still have streaks of soap
and other things.
so even if you try to dry it you might get little stains. that is my main issue with them.
hopefully they could keep the same time inside the tunnel, that way when the car comes out, it will come out how it's supposed to.

So i would like to apologize to the owner(s) of otto's. i was going over reviews i've made and came across this one. obviously, i was having a cry baby day and took it out on otto's. my sincerest apologizes. i am red in the face with guilt. i'll do better to not let disappointment cloud my better judgment and submit a less than honest review. i am sorry.

otto's express car wash, it is a great spot to wash you ride. offering 3 different levels of membership, each tier adds on something the previous one didn't . things like tire shine or wax or undercarriage cleaning, etc. after your vehicle leaves the wash you can park it in one of many spots to clean out the interior. each spot offers 2 vacuums. one is for crevices and the other for floorboards, seats, trunks, mats, etc. every spot comes with a compressed air tool. i use it to remove leaves and debris from the windshield, around the seams of the doors and back hatch. i blast away any water from behind my side mirrors and exterior vents. use it inside to knock out dust and sand that may be deep inside seats or gaskets. they have 2 machines for the floor mats. one knocks out embedded sand and the other washes. i use the compressed air to get even more sand out. it's pretty handy. they have ample microfiber towels and glass cleaner. attendants come by regularly to empty the trash, keep towels full, remove the dirty ones, and top off windows cleaner, if needed. also, the place never looks dirty. they keep the grounds looking good. on top of all that, they have decent outdoor speakers blasting classic rock and country. i'm sure they play other music but that's weird say i usually experience.

the attendants are good people, always polite and helpful. i see some customers handing them tips. i keep forgetting but i will make it a point to have something for them on my next visit. they work hard. in that hot hot summer with that florida humidity to the cold moments we may have when the wind feels like it has razor blades. they will be there, come hell or high water.

located next to abc liquor and directly across the road from the garden section of home depot. they offer one free car wash to first time visitors. that free wash is the top tier one. all the bells and whistles come with it. try it once for free or snag a monthly membership. either way you can't go wrong. the monthly membership is worth every penny. come by and give it a shot. you will love your car, again.
