I was looking forward to going to the haunted carwash tonight, i went last night, had a blast… they closed the haunted carwash tonight earlier than expected, but it’s okay i’m gonna to go next weekend❤️

Had a great experience at the haunted car wash. even went back for a second round with my little sister and we were very disappointed to find they had closed due to unforeseen circumstances. hopefully they will be open again next weekend as it is my sisters favorite activity around this time! it’s become a staple in this community! the employees are very kind and respectful, and did their job very well!

Otto’s haunted car wash is the highlight of every october. went earlier tonight it was a blast came back for round two and were unfortunately told they were closed. they did their job well and were very polite all things considered. the haunted bunny and the grim reaper are fan favorites they my little sister very happy. they said they had to close early due to unforeseen circumstances and told us to maybe check back in next weekend. we are very bummed. hope to be back next weekend.

I am sad they couldn’t do the halloweeen today because of a karen complaining!

i will put a 5 stars because it was the best car wash halloween event i ever been!

Edit: otto's reached out to make it right. appreciate the customer service.

just left otto's car wash. i took my daughter and her friend to the haunted car wash. they've been looking forward to it all year. the last two years were phenomenal! this was the biggest flop and epic fail. $30 (up from last year), and no treat cup, fine, but there was a single clown outside the carwash. that's it. one guy. the girls asked the attendant where everyone is and he said, ah well most of them are in the tunnel and a few more guys are still coming, it was 7:15. i said, then maybe don't open until you're ready? there were maybe 10 guys in the car wash, and an oddly inappropriate creepy nurse. it took us 15 minutes total. my daughter and her friend are 10, and said this was the "lamest, most boring, disappointing thing ever". and for $30, i have to agree. at least my car is washed, but that should have cost $10. i will find another car wash moving forward. this was wrong and the new owners know it.

Always good at ottos. we have a multi car membership. very nice people.

Lincoln and aiden went above and beyond. my car was covered in love bugs and they scrubbed and scrubbed before i entered the wash! great guys!

Very good car wash. people were friendly and helpful. will go back soon.

As a car detailer, i can be very picky about how automated car wash workers clean my car, but i can honestly say that evan and jared did a great job on my vehicle!
