Wow. don't ever come here! should've read the reviews on yelp before coming!...felt like walking into the twilight zone. extremely pushy. especially peter. very rude. kept asking if i was trying to buy that day...when i just wanted to try out some instruments before i make a purchase. was told i couldn't leave until i talked to bob. and peter begins playing songs for me to try an guess and when i don't do a good job, he says i have no taste. and bob and peter were unprofessional to each other in front of me. peter made fun of bob behind his back to me. made me feel sick. beware!

Walked in to try to buy a tuner and strings. the guy talked to me like i was some kid, i've been playing guitar for 10 years. the guy tried to charge me $40 for one set of strings and a clip on tuner, didn't tell me the costs of either. i understand the local music shop markup, but this was outrageous. before i went, i called them to check if they were open. they must have saved my number and proceeded to call and text me multiple times after i walked out. unprofessional and overpriced, i've gotten better service at guitar center sadly.

Avoid this place at all cost.

I traveled 45 mins to buy a part for my beloved piano the owner said they absolutely have. i arrived next day ( thursday) at 11 am n place is closed i knocked n knocked, i then called and the man said we are open. i believe he lives in store because of his and his stores stench! no part he had a part “ that worked the same. nvr again

The business owner, in fact, is a friendly and patient man. i was looking for a beginner acoustic guitar, and the business owner offered a good deal, and even gave an introductory beginner lesson. so, come with a good heart, and enjoy the music!

Came in to buy a korg piano. this place has a very unique and authentic music store feel. they set the piano up for me with all equipment and demonstrated it to me wonderfully. excellent service all around and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a traditional music store!

Excellent selection of pianos and organs not just what's in the store but it's a warehouse. was half the size of a football field full of other stuff biggest selection in the boston area a lot of used pianos a good prices

Was down from maine for the day, walked in, was greeted by a guy dressed like ebenezer scrooge. he was insanely pushy, and judge mental. he tried to sell me a guitar cord off the floor with no packaging for $20… when i said i had to go for dinner reservations he said “waste of my time” and threw the cord back on the ground. 1000/10 would not recommend this place. honestly made me not want to be a guitar player anymore.
